Fleet Feet Sports offers exciting ways to make sure your fitness routine includes an opportunity to experience something you may or may not have ever attempted to make a part of your routine.

Yoga 4 Runners

Yoga 4 Runners began in the Summer of 2013 with Claire Grove Johnson offering a free yoga session one night a week in the store for runners who wanted to develop greater flexibility, fitness, and mental focus. As a runner and athlete herself, Claire used her yoga teacher training to bring this cross-training activity to the Fleet Feet family. The sessions continue each week, now brought to you by varying instructors, based on the premise that a simple yoga routine loosens tight spots, strengthens weak spots, and can make you a better, less injury-prone runner.

Yoga 4 Runners is a free, one hour session held every Tuesday night, beginning promptly at 7:15 pm at the Fleet Feet Altamonte location. Registrations are limited due to space so please be sure to pre-register. Basic mats are provided should you need to borrow one. We look forward to having you join us!

Current Yoga Lead: Kaia Forget

Format: Slow-flow vinyasa with ample stretching and emphasis on strong core. All levels welcome.

NEW -You must register with our new Fitvil Registration system and become a member of the group to join us. Your registration also includes required waivers and a member profile. Once you are a member you can join any of our upcoming events and simply check in from your phone or computer. Check ins are required when attending each Yoga 4 Runners Session and we will also have a check in post at the store for you.
