Training Sessions Begin June through October 2010!
So its time to start planning for your Marathon Event with a solid foundation for success. Fleet Feet Sports and AEM Endurance will host this seasons training.
AEM Endurance Group offers Fleet Feet Sports' clients 11-13 hours a week to join group training workouts, provides a weekly training schedule (including running, weight training and nutritional protocols) along with a weekly one hour conference call (discussing topics such as nutrition, goal setting, etc.) skills workshops, instructional videos and much more. All group workouts will be nutritionally supported and coached under the direct supervision of Robb Beams and Deb Nickerson
The Fleet Feet Orlando/Greatraces.net Performance Program develops personalized training programs that are derived from the athletes current ability level, upcoming race schedule and performance goals after factoring in such elements as the availability of time to train, family and social responsibilities and work schedules.
What you can expect from the Fleet Feet Orlando/Greatraces.net performance program:
Increased speed and faster average paces for all workouts
Increased strength to handle any and all training/racing conditions

Program Specifics
