Marathon and Half Marathon Training Programs

Fleet Feet Sports Performance Program develops personalized training programs that are derived from the athletes current ability level, upcoming race schedule and performance goals after factoring in such elements as the availability of time to train, family and social responsibilities and work schedules.


Destination - Rock & Roll Marathon in Savannah Ga November 2012

Fleet Feet Sports will host this summer seasons training with a very special 2nd annual Savannah training session.

Join us for 16 weeks of training program for the Savannah Rock & Roll Marathon in November.


Meet the coaches and info session will be held on June 7th at 6:45PM

This is a Deluxe program that includes all of the following details below and more!

  • 1/2 or Full Marathon Entry Fee
  • One on one coaching assessment and evaluation
  • Best rate rooms in Savannah with list of options provided
  •  In-training short sleeved -Podium shirt designed by Brooks
  •  Weekly raffle prizes
  •  Brooks Guru Fit Clinics for participants 
  • VIP area will include:

    ·         (Prior to race) Private restroom trailers complete with attendants

    ·         (Post race) Food and beverage area, location will be near concert area

     

Cost of $375 per person (layaway program is available) Half or Full Entry Guaranteed! and all the amenities plus
Without the race entry fee $295 - includes all amenities
Longer runs will include all hydration and nutrition samples plus water. Product incentives for Brooks gear will be provided during the program. All participants are responsible for travel and lodging arrangements. Fleet Feet Sports will provide specials and group rates as available as seen below.

Distances and Max


Half marathon participants will reach a 10 to 12 mile distancebased on individual assessment criteria
Full marathon will see a total distance of 20 to 22 miles based on individual assessment and goals

INFORMATION –

Expo will be located Trade Center right across the river from the Hyatt. You take a water shuttle that is free across the river. The race is starting right outside of the Hyatt and will end Forsyth Park – ½ a mile from the Hyatt. The race will end in front of The Mansion of Forsyth.


    *Rooms fill upquickly in the Historic district so please book your rooms when you sign up for the training program.
