Couch to 5K training program with  our partner New Balance for over 7 years

Fleet Feet Sports NO BOUNDARIES® beginners Co-Ed Walk / Run training program:  Walking and running in groups is the focus with nutrition and proper stretching routines. This is a beginners program but will offer intermediate drills for Walk-Run and using good form.

NO BOUNDARIES is currently in session. Next session will run concurrent with the NOBO ii Program in April. The Fall 2015 sessions will be for both Altamonte and Orlando locations and registration will open in August .

Here is what you will receive for the program:change-everything

    • Complete training schedule with a goal race 5K
    • Coach supported group runs 2 days per week (Wednesday 6:30 pm – Sunday 7:30 am - Altamonte Location)
    • New Balance technical shirt
    • Series of seminars on topics such as injury prevention, nutrition, and stretching
    • Additional seminars on gait and form
    • Attendance incentives for New Balance product
    • A supportive, group atmosphere
    • RRCA Certified Coaches with Deb and Jim
