Fleet Feet Sports NO BOUNDARIES® beginners Co-Ed Walk / Run training program: Walking and running in groups is the focus with nutrition and proper stretching routines. This is a beginners program but will offer intermediate drills for Walk-Run and using good form.
NO BOUNDARIES couch to 5K will return in September. The Fall 2015 sessions will be for both Altamonte and Orlando locations and registration will open in August .
Meet coach Deb, Jim and our Mentors to learn more about the Fall session of our 8th year of NO BOUNDARIES training program. We will also provide full details on our WalkFIt 5k Training Program simultaneously for those that cannot run but would like to be a part of our group training program and work toward their goals.
Goal Event: TBD (Race entry is NOT included in registration fee.)
NOTES ON TRAINING DAYS: We offer 3 days of training for anyone in the program just in case your schedule or ours may conflict. Coaches will instruct you on the proper training regiment. Always keep in mind that rest and hydration is the key for proper training routines.
Training at Altamonte will begin on Wednesday, September 9th and continue on Wednesday's at 6:30pm.
Training at Downtown South will begin on Tuesday, September 8th and continue on Tuesday's, at 6:30pm. Sites include Wadeview Park which is located at the east end of E. Grant Street, adjacent to Boone H.S., approximately one-half mile from the store.
A combined training session for both stores will begin on Sunday, September 13th. The training will be held at Blue Jacket Park.
