Program Start: June 2015 - Meet the coach dates TBA
Program Schedule: 2-3 times/week through January 2016
Goal Race: Celebration Marathon and Half Marathon or any fall or winter marathon
Program Fee: 2015 Season TBD
Description: Fleet Feet Sports has partnered with USA FIT Orlando for group Marathon and Half Marathon training. The group meets 2 to 3 times per week through the end of the year and finishes with our goal race of the Celebration Marathon and Half in the end of January.

Program Schedule: Altamonte - Wednesday 6:30 pm – Sunday 7:30 am
Goal Race: Maitland Library 5K June 6
Program Fee: $115
Description: Fleet Feet Sports NO BOUNDARIES® beginners Co-Ed Walk / Run training program: Walking and running in groups is the focus with nutrition and proper stretching routines. This is a beginners program but will offer intermediate drills for Walk-Run and using good form.

Program Schedule: 8 Weeks - Wednesday evenings 6:30PM and Sunday at 7:30AM
Goal Race: 8k - 10k
Program Fee: $115
Description: Fleet Feet Sports NO BOUNDARIES II is an 8 week – 8K to 10k Run training program and will be located at Fleet Feet Sports In Altamonte Springs. This is an intermediate level program and participants must be able to run a 5K. Meet The Coach Session is April 1@ 7PM

Description: Run BOSTON365 is the support program designed to provide a 12 to 16 week performance readiness coach supported workout. It also includes an incredible experience for our training group while they are in Boston for Marathon weekend.
