Fleet Feet Sports has teamed up with Coach Robb Solutions to provide an easy to understand and apply training process designed to help you reach all of your marathon and half marathon goals at Chicago, Marine Corps, New York City, SpaceCoast, OUC, Jacksonville and Disney! This 6-month training program is based on Coach Robb’s 34 years of experience and proven success using physiology, bio feedback and performance indicators to ensure improved speed and endurance. Choose from two tiers to customize the program right for you!

Fleet Feet Sports NO BOUNDARIES® beginners Co-Ed Walk / Run training program: Walking and running in groups is the focus with nutrition and proper stretching routines. This is a beginners program but will offer intermediate drills for Walk-Run and using good form.
