Certified Natural Run coaching

Natural Running teaches runners to think about injuries as symptoms of poor running form. There are many overuse injuries commonly associated with particular or improper body alignment, foot types, gait and form issues. With Certified Natural Running form clinics provided by Fleet Feet Sports, runners will learn how to understand, analyze and identify their own characteristics to open the door to natural running.



Landing on your midfoot/forefoot is the most natural way to run. It is also the fastest and most efficient way to run. Newton Running shoes are the only shoes that were developed specifically for Natural Running. In March of 2011, Fleet Feet Sports will introduce free certified Natural Running clinics for anyone interested. The schedule for these clinics is not yet published.
