Premium Insoles
Every Shoe, Every Day.

Everybody's feet are different, and they wear different types of shoes. That means it is unreasonable to think one model of insole will meet everyone's needs. That's why Superfeet makes different products to fit different foot shapes in different types of footwear. No matter what type of activity or sport you engage in, Superfeet has a product for you - at a price you can afford.

The Footwear “FITLOSOPHY”

Evaluation
Using FLEET FEET's FITLOSOPHY, all customers enter into an energetic and inviting environment where our well trained staff evaluate proper fit of footwear.  As part of the Footwear FITLOSOPHY, using weighted and unweighted foot measurements, combined with video footstrike and gait analysis on a treadmill, customers experience the best option in footwear for their foot no matter the issue.  We do all this and no appointment is necessary.

The 5 Shoe Groups
To have a better understanding of the FITLOSOPHY, we first explain the differences in shoe categories. While most will explain there are three major groups; we will guide you through understanding there are actually five.

  • Light Weight
  • Neutral
  • Stability
  • High Stability
  • Motion Control
Many choose shoes for appearance and thats ok if it feels good and it looks good, be happy. Yet others need shoes for form, function and comfort. This is where the FLEET FEET FIT Process stands out.

First Time Being Fit for a Shoe?

Footwear is arguably the most important factor when when considering a running or walking training program and a healthy concern to avoid injury and perform at your best. Specialty running and walking footwear must do 3 things well:

  1. Fit the contours, length and width of your foot properly.
  2. Support your foot appropriately in relation to your specifics needs; your individual stride, strike and gait biomechanics.
  3. Give you an appropriate amount of cushioning.

We are constantly wear-testing and evaluating running shoes to determine the best selection for our customers.  Only the best models find a home on our shoe wall.  We stock shoes from companies that have the highest reputations for quality and performance. We are constantly on the lookout for new brands and models that deserve the honor of a spot in our store.

There really isn't a “Best Shoe” or “Best Brand”.  Everyone has unique needs and what is best for someone else, may not be best for you.  The path to a "best" solution starts with getting fit to determine which shoes deliver what you need based on the 3 criteria stated above.

  • Bring your current athletic shoes so that we can evaluate wear patterns. Also bring any orthotics or insoles you are using (or have been prescribed by a physician) so that we can assess their impact on your gait, and make sure they fit into your new shoe.
  • When you come in to the store, our team will spend some time to get to know you and your needs, after which they will check out your feet and evaluate your biomechanics. After that we will take a number of foot measurements, and then present you with a shoe (plus socks and inoles if necessary) that we believe will perfectly match your biomechanical needs.
  • We will then watch you run or walk in the shoe to evaluate your gait and make sure the shoe provides the appropriate support and cushioning.
  • If necessary, we will show you other options and choices that would work for you, and then all that's left is for you to decide which option feels the best.
  • We recommend you have at least 20 minutes available to complete the process and to ensure a proper fit.
