    What is the Starassburg Sock?

    The device consists of a tubular knit material that fits "over the calf" with 2 attached adjustable straps to maintain the foot in a neutral to slightly stretched position.     Fill up one large dinner plate with the following:

    Fresh nuts (avoid any nut that has oil on it) except peanuts

    Raisins (fresh without sugar added to raisins)

    Blueberries (1/2 cup)

    Strawberries (1/2 cup)

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil (don't be afraid to use plenty)

    Balsamic Vinegar (evenly distribute over entire plate)

    In addition to this power salad, consume one 8 ounce cup of organic, full fat yogurt (plan or fruit added) to add good digestive enzymes into your stomach.   

    16 ounces of COLD filtered water

    Don't get hung up on the "volume" of food, it is geared around providing you the quality protein and low glycemic carb you need to start your day as an endurance athlete.
